Booking Terms & Conditions

All flight tickets and Umrah packages are strictly non-refundable and nonchangeable once confirmed and paid.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• It is the passenger’s responsibility to pay the full balance by the due date. Failure to do
so may lead to automatic cancellation of your booking, and forfeiture of your deposit.

Visa and Travel Documents

Travel To Haram LLC acts only as an agent between you and the third parties providing transportation, accommodations, and other services. We are not responsible for:
• Acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, or other suppliers.
• Loss, injury, illness, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by force majeure, strikes, war, weather, or other events beyond our control.
• Delays caused by immigration or customs authorities.
Your sole remedy in any dispute is limited to the cost of the services you purchased from us.

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and baggage loss. Travel To Haram LLC does not provide insurance directly and is not liable for any uninsured losses.
By the Company:
• Travel To Haram LLC reserves the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., political unrest, pandemics, natural disasters, or low enrollment). In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or credit toward future travel.

Pricing and Inclusions

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to availability.
• Package prices include services specifically listed in your itinerary, such as flights, accommodations, ground transfers, visa facilitation, and meals (if mentioned).
• Prices do not include personal expenses, vaccinations, additional baggage fees, or any costs not expressly stated.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations and any potential refunds are subject to airline policies and less Travel To Haram LLC’s administrative fee.
• Refunds are only processed after funds are received from the airline or supplier, and
may take up to 3–6 months.
• No refund will be processed if the airline/supplier denies or delays reimbursement.

Amendments and Ticketing

• Amendments are subject to fare rules and seat availability at the time of the change.
• All quotes are subject to change until ticket(s) are issued.
• Full payment is required before tickets are issued.
• E-tickets are typically issued within 48–72 hours after full payment. For urgent travel(within 24–48 hours), tickets are issued sooner.
• If you do not receive your e-ticket within the expected time, contact us immediately

Travel and Check-In Guidelines

• E-tickets only. No paper tickets will be issued.
• Reconfirm your booking 72 hours before departure with either us or the airline.
• Check-in at least:
o 3 hours before international flights
o 2 hours before domestic flights
• You must carry the following valid travel documents:
o Passport (valid for at least 6 months after your return)
o Visa(s)
o E-ticket
o Travel insurance (if applicable)
o Any health or entry documentation required by the destination country

Liability Disclaimer

Travel To Haram LLC is not responsible if you are denied boarding or refused entry into a country due to invalid or missing documentation.
• We are not liable for delays, visa denials, or refusals by the Saudi or any other immigration authorities.
Umrah visa processing may take up to 2 weeks and is subject to Saudi government
policies. Visa fees may change without prior notice.

Hotel & Package Conditions

• Once booked and confirmed, Umrah packages are non-refundable and nonchangeable.
• While we aim to meet your accommodation preferences, alternate hotels of similar standard may be substituted based on availability.
• Any rate difference due to such substitution may be charged accordingly.
• Up to 2 children under age 6 may stay free in a parent’s room, but breakfast must be paid directly to the hotel.
• Flight schedules and accommodations are subject to minor adjustments due to availability or operational needs.
• We are not responsible for hotel quality issues, such as cleanliness or maintenance — these must be resolved directly with hotel management.

Third-Party Changes & Legal Compliance

• Hotel/flight suppliers may alter confirmed bookings due to internal policy. We do not accept liability for such changes.
• Travelers must comply with any new laws or taxes introduced by the Saudi governmentor destination authorities.

Credit Card Policy

• Debit card transactions incur no additional charges.
• We may request supporting documentation (e.g., passport or card copy) to verify identity
and prevent fraud on disputed or failed payments.

Acknowledgment & Authorization

By responding to this email or proceeding with payment, you:
• Confirm that you have read and understood the terms and conditions above.
• Acknowledge your responsibility for ensuring all travel documents (passport, visa, insurance, etc.) are valid.
• Authorize Travel To Haram LLC to proceed with your booking as per the quoted itinerary.
